Once again, renewing our pledge to promote peace and end war. Enjoy live music, traditional koto music, fold peace cranes, displays, wonderful speakers. Program culminates at dusk with a candlelight procession lantern-lit Flotilla on the Willamette River . . . All are Welcome!
