Planning for Benton County Fair booth—Bob Stebbins.  We have 22 people involved plus Bart and Leah who will set up and take down.

Bob read a draft of guidelines for booth volunteers.  We offered suggestions for improvement.  Bob will send a copy of the guidelines to booth volunteers.

All checks for Alt2War T-Shirts to be made payable to VFP and a record will be kept for Alt2War merchandise and VFP will reimburse then.

Bob reviewed some of the handouts that will be available at the booth and we discussed and prioritized them.

Planning for VFP National Convention—Leah Bolger.  Benji Lewis and Leah are going.  Leah will lead two workshops, one on Bring the Guard Home and the other on how we can use the VFP Structure and be more effective in helping others.  Bart sent out a list of resolutions and if you let Leah know she will bring your issue up and make arguments.  She leaves Tuesday, August 4.

After the conference is over, on Monday, Leah is organizing an action (protest/demonstration) at the National DNC office.  DNC calls shots on who get elected.
